As an Industrial Instrumentation Engineer with a deep passion for technology, automation, and innovation, I have built my career around maintaining and modernizing the financial self-service infrastructure that millions of people rely on every day. I hold a degree from the Pedro Emilio Coll University Institute of Technology, where I was honored with the Best Research Project Award (2017) for my proposal on industrial process automation.
Over the past several years, I have worked with two of the world’s leading companies in financial technology (NCR Atleos and Diebold Nixdorf) specializing in the maintenance, optimization, and innovation of ATM and POS systems for major banks such as BBVA and HSBC. At NCR, I played a key role in implementing biometric authentication technology for BBVA’s ATM network, integrating fingerprint recognition systems to enhance transaction security and user experience. This project required advanced troubleshooting, software–hardware synchronization, and compliance with banking security standards.
At Diebold Nixdorf, I successfully resolved complex operational challenges, achieving over 99% incident resolution efficiency, improving uptime, and significantly reducing maintenance costs.
I’m constantly driven by curiosity and the desire to innovate, combining field experience with continuous learning in emerging technologies like biometrics, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence applied to self-service banking. My mission is to deliver excellence, reliability, and secure financial access to users while contributing to the ongoing digital transformation of the global banking industry.
